Eastlake/Willowick/Wickliffe

Lake County, while geographically the smallest of Ohio's 88 counties, continues to be amongst the fastest growing in all of Ohio with more than 227,000 citizens calling it home. Sitting on the shores of Lake Erie is what has given Lake County its surge in economic and population growth.

And no communities have embraced their distinction as waterfront neighborhoods more than Eastlake, Willowick and Wickliffe. Each in its own way has become a symbol of the lifestyle that is offered as part of being in a Lake Erie community.

And Lake County's Metropark system has a huge presence in these three communities. With twenty-five parks and land preserves, the Lake Metroparks currently own and manage over 7,000 acres in Lake County. In addition to protecting open space and watersheds, Lake Metroparks annually provides more than two million visitors with numerous educational and recreational experiences at diverse facilities.

Many of the amenities offered by the Lake Metroparks can be found in Eastlake, Willowick and Wickliffe including golf courses, paved bike/hike trail, three parks on Lake Erie's shoreline, a lakefront lodge and numerous boating facilities.

And this area is actually the birthplace of Kirtland Christian Fellowship, its roots going back to the Evangelical Presbyterian Fellowship.
