I HAVE A BIG GOD
A year or so ago, I had a very bad fall and it left me so I could do very little. Verberlean Foster called and wanted to know if there was anything she could do for me. I said, "yes, I need some things from the store." She replied, "I'll be up immediately." She came, but in the meantime Jeanette Eason had come, and we were sitting here visiting when Verb returned. She put all my stuff away and had put on her coat to leave. She came to me and said, "Is there anything else I can do?" I said, "Yes please pray for me, I'm suffering extreme pain." Well, you who know Verb, know how she can talk to her Lord, she sure did that time, as she always does I'm sure.
Anyway, Jeanette left as Verb did. In three hours I was good as new, no pain, was up and around as usual.
I have a big God and He sure takes care of me. Great promise, I Peter 5:7 - "casting all your cares upon Him; for he careth for you."
